Reman

Product

Reman is software for running a store floor. It brings the store's layout, stock and staff together in one place, so the people managing a store can see what needs doing and who is best placed to do it.

Each store is set up as a digital model. Aisles, shelves and fixtures are laid out in 2D and can be viewed in 3D, and every shelf holds a record of the products on it and how much stock is left. Shelves that are running low or empty are flagged on the map as soon as it happens.

Reman also shows where each member of staff is on that map in real time. This is done with hardware that Reman designs and builds for use on a shop floor, installed in the store. Managers can see the whole floor at a glance: who is where, what they are working on, and which shelves need attention.

When a shelf needs restocking, Reman creates a task for it. AI decides who should take each task, based on where staff are and what they are already doing, and orders the work so that time spent walking between shelves is kept short. The task is sent to that person's phone with directions to the exact shelf, and is confirmed when the shelf has been stocked.

The same system serves everyone in the store. Floor staff receive tasks and directions, managers assign and oversee work, and administrators keep the store layout and product list up to date. Reman is built for retail stores and warehouses where shelves are restocked through the day.
